The aim of the program:

Psychology in Business, Personal Development and Coaching concentrates on the practical use of psychology in the organizational environment and in the processes of personal development. Program connects the knowledge of management and marketing psychology, motivation and leadership psychology with the competence of coaching, interpersonal communication and coping with stress.

Main aims of the specialty:

  • preparation of the professionals ready to work in the organizational, business and coaching environment,
  • provide the students with competence of diagnosis and analysis of the psychological processes present in teams and professional relations,
  • develop the ability to support personal development of individuals and teams,
  • prepare to conduct coaching processes, workshops, trainings and consultations.

  • Practical approach: learning through the case studies, workshops, coaching sessions, simulations of business conversations and situations.

Teaching mode

Teaching modes: full-time and part-time mode

Part-time mode

You meet the lecturer and the group both, online and at the premises of the University. Meetings take place on weekends and selected Friday afternoons.

Full-time mode

Classes are mostly of in-person nature organized on weekdays. Typically they take place 3-4 days a week at the premises of the University and some part of the lectures is delivered on-line.

How can you study this major?

Hybrid learning

Part of the classes (mainly lectures) are delivered on the MS Teams platform, and majority of labs are based on-site in the lecture rooms.


The schedule includes days that are fully remote, but also days that all classes are held on-site.

Graduates of this specialty are modern psychologists who can function both in business structures and individual work, who:

  • have knowledge about psychological mechanisms in a workplace environment (motivation, stress, conflicts, team development),
  • are able to diagnose organizational and individual problems,
  • have communication, negotiation, team building and leadership skills,
  • have knowledge of the rules of individual and team coaching,
  • have the ability to design developmental and training activities,
  • are able to work with individual clients on their goals, values, sense of effectiveness and professional identity.

Deliver all the necessary documents to the Recruitment Office.

There is also possibility to deliver your documents via post, courier or in person to the Recruitment Office.

  • Recruitment fee – 85 PLN
  • Student identity card fee –  – 22 PLN
  • Registration fee – 500 PLN

Start of the specialty depends on the number of submissions, at least 25 people for each specialty. Chosen selection at the registration does not guarantee opening of the specialty.
