You will also familiarize yourself with the influence of minerals on the human organism.
The aim of the postgraduate studies Holistic dietetics is to prepare specialists, who are able to look at human nutrition holistically – considering their emotions, lifestyle, the level of stress, physical activity and the impact of environment and their habits. This approach is gaining increasing popularity worldwide as it allows to treat the human organism as a whole, not the group of ailments and their symptoms.
